What information do you need to give me a firm price quote?
The date of your event. The venue and city. The time it starts and ends. If a wedding do you need ceremony music along with cocktail and reception music? Are you looking for my solo services or one of my bands and orchestras?How many guests will be attending?
Do you provide entertainment services other than singing Sinatra tunes?
Yes, I can provide comprehensive entertainment services which cover not only Sinatra singing but also live bands and orchestras, extensive mobile DJ song lists and Master of Ceremonies Services. I custom design the entertainment to your particular event theme. I also have festive mobile DJ lighting packages available.
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, everything will be spelled out in writing for your protection. Which entertainment service, when, what time, venue, special instructions, starting and ending times, who will be responsible for what. No Drama = Good Event
How do I lock in the date for which I want to reserve your services?
After we've reviewed exactly what entertainment services you want and agreed on the fee you can verbally ask me to hold the date and then send a deposit of ½ of the package you've chosen. I'll hold the date for a few days until your check arrives and then it will be locked out from other clients.
Can I come see you perform?
I have public performances scheduled at different times and you're welcome to come see me. I attend many bridal shows and usually sing during the show. Give me a call and I'll let you know when and where.
How do I choose one of your different sized bands for my event?
It depends on 3 things. How many guests are attending, where you place entertainment on the priority list and the reality of your budget. I'm going to give you as much 'Wow' factor as I can with the band you choose but its best to match the 'musical horsepower' to the size of your guest list. My orchestra page makes suggestions.
How do you organize the entertainment for my event?
I will provide you a working template program agenda which we will use to build the event's timeline and include all the things you want accomplished and those that you wish not to do (just as important). We'll use that document throughout the planning process right up to the start of the event.
How would your Sinatra singing fit into my reception if I hire you as a solo entertainer?
Much of my business is performing as a solo entertainer for wedding receptions. The most successful formula has been to sing Sinatra and Rat Pack Favorites for the cocktail hour and then transition into Master of Ceremonies duties to keep the program moving along on time while always ready to play appropriate music during dinner and dancing as the mobile DJ. Music variety that everyone enjoys is the name of the game when it comes to successful reception events.
Why does everyone seem to enjoy Sinatra music at least as part of their wedding reception or corporate event?
Sinatra performed what is known as the "Great American Songbook" which were the greatest love songs of the 20th century. They are songs that tell a story which every human has experienced. Frank Sinatra performed them in a way that touched each person who heard them. They are classics now and will always be appropriate for memorable occasions like wedding receptions and social gatherings. Listen to your mother and grandmother, Sinatra is good stuff !!
